Intergenerational mentoring chain
A 55-year-old mentors a 35-year-old. That same 35-year-old mentors an 18-year-old. Wisdom is carried forward in a living chain, not left to chance.
BaseCamp is a guided mentoring environment where men of different generations learn from each other, supported by practical tools and intentional gatherings.
What is BaseCamp
At its foundation BaseCamp is structured, one-to-one mentoring between men of different generations. But BaseCamp goes further, bringing together tools, events, reflection spaces, and community so that growth happens both inside and outside of mentoring sessions in a virtual environment.
It is built on one core idea: men grow better when they are learning from each other.

BaseCamp exists to rebuild consistent, real-world connection between generations, so wisdom can be shared in relationship rather than consumed at a distance.
Men join to give, receive, and grow through conversations that are practical, honest, and grounded in lived experience.
Why It Matters
The Distinction
A 55-year-old mentors a 35-year-old. That same 35-year-old mentors an 18-year-old. Wisdom is carried forward in a living chain, not left to chance.
Knowledge, skills, and lived experience are exchanged across generations, not passed in only one direction.
We provide structure to support consistency and quality, while keeping the mentoring relationship personal and natural.
Beyond one-on-one mentoring, men are supported through practical tools, shared spaces, and regular gathering points.
